Student Parking

In consideration of the anticipated parking needs of incoming students, the allocation of reserved parking for ongoing Montaukett Construction has been reduced to the Eastern half of lot 1E (approximately 60 spaces).  The West (campus) side of lot 1E, and all other white spaces is now once again open for student parking.

Fire Alarm Testing - 8/25

On Wednesday, 8/25 Simplex will be conducting annual testing and maintenance of the campus fire alarm system.

Campus Wide Electrical Shutdown

As had been alluded to in a previous post, there will be a campus wide electrical service interruption this Sunday (August 22) in order to tie-in the new Montaukett LRC. This outage is scheduled to commence at 7AM. It is expected to last between six and eight hours, and will affect all electrical equipment on the Eastern Campus - including cooling systems. Plant Operations and Telecommunications staff members will be on hand to insure a smooth restoration. Please contact Plant Ops. at x-2568 with any questions or concerns related to this event.
