The additional seating installation in S101 was completed yesterday. This work essentially completes the renovation of that space and brings the total fixed seating capacity of the lecture hall to 162.

Please be alert for scheduled construction activity in the corridor between the Peconic Lobby and Cafeteria between today and January 8th.  The plan is to maintain access through this hallway and the student bathrooms throughout the project, but there may be intermittent detours and temporary closings.

Late Notice:  HVAC systems in the Peconic, Shinnecock, Orient, and Corchaug Buildings were shut down earlier today to preserve building heat while conducting emergency repairs on the central campus heating system.  It is anticipated that all building services will be restored by 5PM.

The lecture hall seating installation for S101 has been rescheduled for this Thursday (12/18) starting at 7:00AM.  The contractor has committed to being out of the room by 9:30AM for scheduled academic programs.
