Next Wednesday (12/5), a contractor will be working near the Main Entrance with equipment to send wiring under the campus roadway. Public Safety will be in the vicinity to insure that vehicular traffic flow is maintained as near to normal as possible.
In response to a recent repeated vandalism problem in the Corchaug restrooms (Men's and Women's), I have directed that the toilet seat covers which had been supplied as a convenience to our students be removed until further notice. I continue to seek all of your support in combating what has become a very problematic graffiti and vandalism situation - primarily in Corchaug and Orient

An ongoing repair to the concealed roof drain pipe chase on the quad side of the Orient Building will require additional (potentially noisy) demolition. This work has been scheduled for tomorrow (Friday, 11/30). Morning classes in O136, O139, and O237 have been relocated to minimize potential disruption.

Please note: The construction schedule for the Site Safety Improvements Project has slipped somewhat due to a delay in receipt of some critical materials. I will be meeting with the lead contractor this Friday, and will post new scheduling information that I anticipate will come from that meeting.
